My name is Julien Rabatel.

I received my PhD in Computer Science from the University of Montpellier 2, France in September 2011, as part of the Knowledge Discovery in Databases group (TaToo) in the Laboratory of Informatics, Robotics and Microelectonics of Montpellier (LIRMM). My PhD thesis work involved the pattern mining problem in data, and more specifically focused on contextual pattern mining, i.e., mining pattern when contextual information is available about the data.

I am currently working as a post-doc researcher, since November 2011, at the GREYC laboratory (Université of Caen, France), in the CoDaG group, on topics involving 3D graph mining in chemoinformatics applications in order to describe interaction phenomena between small molecules (ligands) and proteins.

This project is the result of a collaboration between various members. In consequence, I will very soon (in April 2012) continue my post-doctoral mission in the University of Leuven.
